Crave House™ Plant-Based Sausages Sheet Pan Italian Sausage and Veggies

- 1 package Crave House™ Italian-style Plant-based Sausages
- 2 cups red potatoes, diced
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place vegetables on baking tray. Toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Slice sausage links on a bias into inch thick coins, then add to pan.
- Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 10 minutes. Stir sausage and veggies, then bake another 10 minutes. Remove when potatoes are tender and browning on edges and sausage has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
