  1. Preheat the oven to 180°F. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out dough and separate into triangles.
  2. Slice sausage links in half and wrap one pastry triangle around each sausage and place on baking tray.
  3. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Then, increase temperature to 220°F and bake 5 more minutes or until sausages reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Remove tray from oven and let cool. Serve with dipping sauces and enjoy!
