Cook to Perfection

    Preheat pan to medium heat. We love a cast iron skillet. Add butter or oil and place patties in pan.

    Press lightly and flip after 4 minutes.

    Repeat on the second side and check to ensure that the burger has reached an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.

We made it easy for you to season our burgers and get them straight in the pan or on the grill. The hardest part will be opening your mouth wide enough to take in all the toppings on that burgery goodness.
